in the last month, I ve been experiencing shortness of breath, while committing normal activities. I seem to tire out easily after some exertion which is uncommon for me. My head feels pressured and I have a slight burning sensation around my ears and face. My BP is 138 over 90 which has been my normal #s for years. I am for lack of a better word a workaholic with moderate physical requirements for my job, just to say I don t just set around. What could cause these symptoms.
