What Causes Severe Shoulder Blade Pain?

Thank you I hope so. My shoulder is in pain from my back to the front of my shoulder. It starts around my shoulder blade in my back and comes up to the top of my shoulder and down the front of it. The more I move it makes me not be able to move my whole arm.

You have problem of severe shoulder pain that may be because of injury to it.

Roatory cuff torn may cause restricted movement of shoulder.

Any swelling around bursa may cause shoulder pain.

Arthritis may ruled out.
X ray is helpful for further diagnosis.
