What Causes Severe Shoulder Pain When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia And Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I was diagnosed with RA and Fibromyalgia at 35. I m now 50, and had a partial hysterectomy in 2011, but my ovaries ended up dying by my 6 week checkup. I cannot take hormones due to having 2 benign tumors removed from my breast. In the past year, I feel lke the conditions have progressed and beginning to do lots of damage. My Right shoulder everyday now for over 3 weeks, will have SEVERE VERY VERY SHARP STABBING pains that hurt so bad, it has me breaking down and bawling from the pain. I lost my insurance, when i quit my job in 2011, and have not been able to afford going back to the doctor, so I depend on, topical arthritus pain cremes, ace bandages, compression gloves, tens unit, heating pad, ibuprofen and hot showers. What could the sudden severe sharp stabbing pains possibly mean, could be happening with my condition? Also, how can I possibly get help in seeing a doctor? I ve applied for my Social Security, and my husband draws Social Security, so, we re on a very strict fixed income. I need help. My quality of life is deteriorating, and I find myself so irritable, angry, depressed and wanting to cut myself off from the world....and we have 8 grandchildren I LOVE AND ADORE SO MUCH....and it s really starting to concern and scare me, at how debilitating it can have me, more and more nowadays.
