What Causes Severe Sleep Apnea?

I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea.. I have been using cpap machine for about a month and I have had chest discomfort and alot of burbing, stomach gurgling and occasional burning in throat.. My pressure I set at 6 and increase temporarily to 9 if it senses I need it.. Can this be from the cpap and what can this be?

What you are describing is GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), commonly known as heartburn. This is not caused by the CPAP, but rather by excess production of acid in the stomach. You need a medication such as omeprazole to treat this.
