What Causes Severe Sore Throat, Cough And Nausea?

I was fine yesterday, i woke up this morning about 10'oclock was completely fine, went back to sleep because i was feeling drowsy woke up about 12.30pm i had a sore throat didnt think much of it, now i am coughing so bad it makes my stomach like crunch up. It feels like when i cough all my effort is going in and its making me go weak. I can't eat neither i did earlya and it made me worse. The smell of food is making me sick. What is this?
