What Causes Severe Stabbing Pain Just Above The Pelvic Bone?

I am having severe stabbing pain just above the pelvic bone. I have ulcerative proctitis currently green mucous no bowel movements for over a week. I have had a tubal done after 4 healthy children. The clamp is missing on one side apparently. I am a healthy 40 year old woman 120pnds about 5ft 5in. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
