What Causes Severe Stomach Pain After Anal And Vaginal Sex ?
I had pretty rough anal and vaginal sex two days ago and now my stomach hurts like the feeling you get when ur holding your urine in for a long time and when I try to push to make a stool it is so painful it feels like my insides are going to come out...im very uncomfortable and its hard to relax or sleep.

It may be due to mucosal injury because of anal sex.
It takes 3 to 5 days to heal, drink lots of water it helps to make the stool softer.
