What Causes Severe Stomach Pain After Intercourse?

Hi, I'm 32, 5'4", approx140 pounds. Mother of 3 kids ages 11, 9, and 7. I am having terrible pains in my stomach imidiately following sex. I had an orgasm, and there is no bleeding as of yet. It feels like labour pains, but I am not pregnant! Not sure if it will pass or if I should go to the ER. Please help

You should see a gynecologist for evaluation. It could be pelvic inflammatory disease, cysts in the ovary, fibroids or the like. No need for panic.. but do not neglect!
