What Causes Severe Stomach Pain After Taking Medicine For Back Ache?

hello doctor, my doctor had prescribed Hifenac-P and protopan tablets when i visited him due to severe backpain... But after taking the tablets the pain had gone but i am exoeriencing severe stomach pain after consuming the tablets.. Is this normal or should I inform the doctor about this?
