What Causes Severe Stomach Pain After Undergoing Hemicolectomy?

Yes, I had a hemicolectomy back in Feb 12 and I have been dealing with a LOT of pain in my stomach, especially at night and early in the morning when I awake. Today, the pain is so bad that it is unbearable. I dont think that going to the ER will do any good. What can I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you do have a surgical history of abdomen then and now having abdominal pain then it is advisable to see the surgeon, because it may need some investigations, if you are thinking to go to ER then it is better to go there, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
