Hi I had a really bad stomach pain last night and this morning I woken up I went to the toilet and I did black poo is was dark black can you please tell me if it s something to worry about I also take these pills called contraception Cerazette can I still take them Thanks

Hello

Black stool could be related to possible:
- foods you've consumed
- gastrointestinal bleeding

If you also have abdominal pain, should get immediate consultation with gastroenterologist and run upper endoscopy, abdominal ultrasound and colonoscopy, with fecal occult blood test.
