What Causes Severe Stomach Pain And Dark Orange Urine?

my stomach hurts from the side, the time of pain that I m feeling now is the pain when you haven t been exercising for almost a year then you suddenly exercised yesterday and today your body hurst, thats the pain i feel, and my pee is almost dark orange though i drink a lot of water . And sometimes when I m using my laptop doing nothing i feel something hurting me inside my stomach like i just got het by a ball. so what do you think? is this serious should i see a doctor or is it normal?

Hi,

Dark orange urine can occur as a result of dehydration, urinary tract infection, renal stones, certain medications and also due to excess intake of carotenoid containing foods. Orange and concentrated urine along with clay colored stools, abdominal pain can also indicate liver dysfunction. Hence, I would suggest you to take liver function test,complete blood count, urine routine, culture and sensitivity and ultrasound to identify the cause.
