What Causes Severe Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Blood In Stool?

Yes, I had severe gas pains earlier today! I ended up with diarrhea. After a couple times of that, I noticed blood in the stool. It has been about 12 hours and I am still bleeding. I have some stomach discomfort and my heart is racing! It is 3 am and really don t want to go to the ER, but I m afraid I should!

You should see doctor immediately since blood in stool may be signs of serious colon disorders and should be evaluated promptly so that therapy can be administered.
