What Causes Severe Stomach Pain, Nausea, Diarrhea And Burning Sensation During Defecation?

hi. for the past month or so, ive been dealing with massive stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea. when i have a bowel movement, i have a terrible burning sensation that is paralyzing. ive seen my dr many times, and she cant figure it out. have had many trips to the e.r, and they cant seem to figure it out either. help????

Ilitis and proctitis/ fissure in ano etc. is mainly responsible for such conditions. Sometimes mild gastritis may also accompany.You haven't mentioned the recent medical history, food you had before onset, any blood spotting in defecation for me to comment correctly.
