What Causes Severe Stomach Pain, Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I m having severe stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea. I believe it was my birth control I started for the first time on Sunday. So I quit yesterday and the symptoms haven t gone away. I was wondering if taking pain medication is a good choice. I also haven t been eating very much because of the pain

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like gastroenteritis , lactose , intolerance , giardiasis , irritable bowel syndrome , drug allergies and cystic fibrosis . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , endoscopy and ultrasound of abdomen . Doctor may prescrine antibiotics , anti viral or drug for parasites along with analgesic , laxative and omeprazole . For now eat light and non spicy and , take ibuprofen for pain .
