What Causes Severe Stomach Pain While Suffering From Peptic Ulcer?

Hi Dr., I have stomach ulcer since couple of years but recently symptoms changed, when I eat the pain is more and though I am taking pantoprazol and other stomach meds the paid does not go away, would it be pancreas ? I do have nausea, vomiting is less now and scheduled for endoscopy

Symptoms like nausea and stomach pain can persists in the long term ulcer conditions which is not healed completely. Wait for your GI endoscopy and take the full course of medications suggested after that.
