What Causes Severe Stomach Pain,loose Stools And Vomiting?

Since Saturday I've had a really bad stomach ache, I was throwing up and now have really bad air bubbles in my stomach which causes horrible pains. Everytime an air bubble drops, I have to go to the restroom, I then poop a dark yellow watery poop. It's like pure water no chunks or nothing.. And it hurts really bad, I can't even bare the pain, it makes me cry.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe stomach pain,loose stools and vomiting. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like infection of the gut , food poisoning, viral infection, gastroenteritis, inflammation of the gut (colitis), food intolerance and various rare disorders of the gut. Need not to worry. You should take proper rest and avoid taking any outside food. You should take plenty of water. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe loperamide, laxative, omeprazole and antacids. For now you should take fruits like banana and lot of fluid. You should avoid intake of outside food.
