What Causes Severe Stomachache After Consuming Food?

hi so I ve been having terrible stomach pains for almost a year now. it hurts when i eat, after i eat, when i m just sitting down, when doing physical activity. it kind of just hurts whenever it feels like it. i have gone to doctors before and had many different blood tests, urine tests, stool tests, and i ve even had the scope down my throat to look at my stomach. so i ve had a lot of work done. I did have striations on the inside of my stomach but the doctors didn t know why. they didn t even know exactly what was wrong with me so they just assumed it was high acid. i was given a set of pills to take and that didnt help so i went back and got a different perscription of different drugs and those havent helped either. i havent been to doctors since october 2016. i would really just like to get to the bottom of this situation.

Kindly mention your all reports for giving specific comment esp mention endoscopy report

H. Pylori should be ruled out by urea breath test

If hypersecretion of acid present and if antacid not working than serum gastrin should be measured and zollinger Ellison syndrome like condition ruled out if needed

For Symptomatic management rabeprazole 20 mg OD will be beneficial

Avoid excess spicy foods
