ive been through a lot of stress lately including a death in the family,work stress and my car being totaled. Howevr ive been having left sided chest pain,mostly in the same spot.It can be intense at times ,and sometimes fels like buring inside my chest but during the chest pain the outside part of my chest feels numb if I touch it.It comes and goes but comes sometimes even when im trying to relax

Burning pain in chest is usually due to acid reflux in easophagus. stress in your case is provocative factor for hyperacidity and reflux. take capsule omeprazole 12 hourly for 2 days and if pain is not relieved consult physician and get ECG done. to avoid stress start meditation and yoga early morning.
