What Causes Severe Sweating After Taking Medication?

Took my 13 mo old to dr Fri. a fever and 2ear infections ( from swim lessons). Prescribed amox w clavulanate. Gave her diarrihea and her poor but is still raw. The fever broke Sun but she seemed worse thought maybe not doing well w those meds so today he gave new one Cefdinir. She seemed better. She is in bed now but sweating...... She is wet from sweating so much. Of course she hasnt had an appetite. Been giving her formula cuz its the only thing ahe will really take. Is sweating normal. Should i take her to aftercare or ER

Presence of excessive sweating for someone with a fever is completely normal as sweating is one method for the body to control body temperature.
