My 71 year old husband, extremely healthy, weight lifter, had sudden onset of profuse sweating lasting about an hour, along with high blood pressure: 223/89, 220/90, 199/89, until it settled down after and hour to 132/77. His HR was 60, has history of Atrial Fib (managed with Sotalol, and takes 81mg aspirin /day. No fibrillation or arrhythmia noted. Could this be impending silent heart attack? Stroke? no numbness, tingling or other signs of stroke. He is better now, but would not go to the ED.
