Hello,
It is possible that you could have had this episode of sweating due to hypoglycemia consequent to the state of fasting you had during the test. Even otherwise, during this phase of pregnancy, fetal demands are at the peak and as a result, you need to take extra care to maintain balanced nutrition; else, you can face such symptoms. Please inform your consultant about this along with the report and if needed, get further help. Please maintain adequate liquid intake along with maintenance of blood glucose levels and correction of any anemia. Wish you safe motherhood.
