Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
Due to bleeding in stomach and H pilory infections, you have very low hemoglobin.
It causes iron deficiency anemia which leads to weakness and sweating and tiredness.
To rule out any cardiac cause, consult your physician.
Take green veg, dry fruits more.
Take orange or lemon juice or buttermilk after lunch and dinner, will help you in absorption of iron in small intestine, leads to increase hemoglobin but slowly.
Hope this will help.
Thanks for contacting.
Take care...

Geriatrics Specialist Dr. Prakash H Muddegowda's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. The main cause is anemia.
2. The heart and lung has to function at a higher capacity to get the same oxygen to all the tissues and hence you will feel winded and sweating especially, even with minor exertion.
3. Once your hemoglobin reaches 13g%, it should be normal and there should not be any problems.
4. Continue treatment as advised and followup with reticulocyte count and hemoglobin levels. Rising reticulocyte count indicates good bone marrow response. Also add Vit B complex to your nutritional supplements to avoid any future deficiency.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
