What Causes Severe Sweating In The Head After A Hysterectomy?

I had a complete hysterectomy in 1979 at age 32. I took Premarian 1.25 for about 30 years. My GYN reduced the dosage to .625. I took it a couple of years without a problem. Then, I began sweating, especially, my head. My hair is soaked several times a day. It is embarrassing. My GYN put me on a patch and it work. He then tried another patch and it didn t work. He said my blood work indicates I need the hormone, but nothing is helping. I have been on Prednisone quite often for asthma. Do you have any suggestions. Thank you.

Hello,

It is not related to hysterectomy.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
