What Causes Severe Swelling In The Neck Before Periods?
i m 21 years old i feel severe swelling and peep in neck back before periods.. nd also feel swelling in small localized area of brest nd pain.....after one week of periods this pain nd some swelling finished but some remain doctor suggest me evion 600 nd surbex z.... nd say it is normal but i m so worried i feel pain nd not relaxed...breast skin in between finished once nd again who look strange

Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. Premenstrual breast pain (in later half mense cycle )is common in many ladies. It also goes down with start of menstrual bleeding. It's a sign of low levels of progesterone.Such pain needs correction of the defecient hormone .(consult a gynecologist) Neck pain wich does not completely subside after menses... seems to be due to some other cause (like vertebral /disc problem or wrong working posture)... such pain can increse in beginning of menses due to tension . Consult an orthopedic surgeon for specific treatment (anti inflammatory pills like Ibuprophen/steroid injection at the site /physiotherapy/suegry in some cases) Thanks..
