General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it is can be a systemic infection as this rash doesn't seem to be only due to skin related issues.

However, detailed dermatologist review is recommended. Baseline blood work up should also be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
