What Causes Severe Thirst With Dryness In Skin?

I am very healthy, drink a lot of water, take my vitas. take care of my skin with wonderful natural products. But the last 3 weeks I have been so thirsty and the skin on my face is changing and seems like it s dry underneithe. Likes its ages overnight. Im 29.

Its great that you take care of your skin. Its condition its indirectly connected with the diet we have - A healthy diet full of proteines, vitamines, and fluids will result in a healthy skin.

Also, sometimes the external environment will affect how it looks- A warm weather, where sweat is common, and so the lose of fluids, will make it first wet, but then dry. Hot showers, and showering often will cause dry skin also.

My recommendation would be to keep drinking plenty of fluids, and using moisturizing creams. You will see the results after.
