What Causes Severe Throat Infection Along With Abdominal Bloating?

I am having severe throat infection problem whenever I am having cold & cough. Also, I don,t have asthma but have family background. Most of the time I am feeling breatheless in day to day activities. Mouth ulcer is also common. after eating non -veg & spicy food mouth ulcer is common. Allergic to ayurvedic medicine. whatever I eat is not absorbed by the body. Sometimes stomach is heavy . sometimes stools are somewhat in liquid form

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you severe throat infection along with abdominal bloating which is probably due to viral infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult your ENT specialist doctor and get complete examination done. Doctor may order certain tests like throat swab test , viral culture test and blood test to confirm the diagnosis and rule out condition like gastrointestinal reflux disease . Doctor may prescribe antiviral drugs like acyclovir along with anti inflammatory drugs . For now do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day or take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and swelling .
