What Causes Severe Tiredness And Lack Of Appetite After Bronchoscopy?

I had a bronchoscopy st the hospital last Monday. For the last5 days I have been extremely tired, shaking,no appetite,, sleeping all the time. During the procedure I was given an anesthetic which contained fentanyl - which I did know about at the time. Could these symptoms be relate to the fentanyl?

it could be related for which consult anesthetist who gave you anaesthesia can aviod using pillow use hard bed and donot raise your head.
