What Causes Severe Tiredness Post Blood Donation?
Yes I went to donate blood yesterday and they ask me to do the red blood cell separation thing and I did but after a few hours I started feeling very weak and still feel very weak over 24 hours later. Is this ok ? I did this donation a few years ago and didn t feel like this then

If you are adult and you have passe screening before donation then this problem seems to be due to your dietary intake. You might have not taken much meal before donation. But dont worry , it remains transient. Take heavy carbohydrate diet and have some rest.
