What Causes Severe Tiredness Throughout The Day?

I just can t get with it during the day. I seem to be tired all day which in turn makes me start drinking these energy drinks. Sometimes they help and other days they don t. I m looking for a doctor or professional in the Albany NY area to see about this. My own doctor has not been able to find anything wrong.

The tiredness can be related to many medical conditions. One of the common causes is anemia. I suggest to do a complete blood count for further evaluation. If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest using iron and vitamin B supplement to treat it.
