Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms such a severe pain is elicited commonly due to decay in teeth and pain in ear is radiating pain from teeth..
But in case if the pain is in all the and is generalized in nature than the cause of pain can be deep infection in gums causing Gingivitis or Periodontitis [if infection involves underlying bone also]

Raw feeling of tongue is due to inflammation in tongue known as Glossitis.

If after taking a course of antibiotics you have a repeated episode of pain then the infection is deeply present in teeth or gums and you should consult a dentist and get evaluated and in case if the teeth are decayed either Root canal treatment followed by antibiotics and painkillers will relieve..
In case if teeth cannot be saved Extraction has to be done..

If the cause of pain is gum infection then Scaling , curettage and a course of antibiotics and painkillers will relieve..

As of now to relieve pain take another 5 days course of antibiotics and painkillers like TRAMADOL..

Hope this information helps..
