What Causes Severe Toothache?
Woke up on Saturday morning with intense toothache. Went to the dentist but with the limited time could not find the cause as the dentist said it was under the bridge. Still with a lot of pain and left side of mouth where the tooth is aching feels swollen to the point where breathing feels limited in left nostril. Additional info: 40+ male with hypertension and elevated blood sugar.

Well come to HCM
Chances of infection of tooth is very likely and this need to be ruled out or condition can be managed on tentative basis with antibiotic and analgesic this is the measure you can try, else you have to wait for the dentist what ever decision dentist takes, (Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day and Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice in day can be tried) take care.
