Hii ,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

As u said u took Zantac and ur pain was relieved so from the medical history you provided it seems that most probably you might have ulcers in your Stomach (peptic ulcers)

there are variety of causes which leads to peptic ulcers including - Frequent Use of painkillers (NSAIDs) ,Tumors of the acid producing cells in stomach which increases acid output ,Excessive drinking of alcohol ,Smoking or chewing tobacco and many others But it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm cause of ur problem

To treat an ulcer, first eliminate substances that can be causing the ulcers. If you smoke or drink alcohol, stop. If the ulcer is believed to be caused by the use of NSAIDs, they need to be stopped.

However ulcers often heal on their own, you shouldn't ignore their warning signs. If not properly treated, ulcers can lead to serious health problems

self medication is strongly not recommended and i would strongly suggest you to see a Gastroenterologist to rule out any underlying medical condition

I hope it help
