What Causes Severe Upper Thigh Pain While Walking?

I get a sharp pain while walking at the very tops of my legs where the legs connect under butt area-- really hurt! I am fine most of the time and am ok sitting. I did not realize this was a scam for money, I will contact my Doctor! Please do not contact or solicit using my e mail address!
