What Causes Severe Urinary Incontinence?

I have extreme urinary incontinence, I do have a urology appt. tomorrow. I have had numerous abd. sugeries which has caused my problem. I have tried all the meds even Mybertic nothing helps. I am looking @ asking for a suprapubic catheter because I have had many urinary infection due to incontinence. My quality of life has made it difficult to do any anything or go anywhere without saturating briefs with pad insert. What is your idea on this?

I'm really sorry to hear about your condition.
Suprapubic catheterization is'nt a permanent solution I'm afraid.
There are surgical options available for incontinence. Please talk to your urologist about prospects of surgery.
