What Causes Severe Vaginal Bleeding While Suffering From Endometrial Hyperplasia?

I was just diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia. Am 61 years old. I had same symptoms in Jan. The doctor could find nothing then. Now I am bleeding intermittently and have very bad cramps. Am having a biopsy tomorrow. Should I be worried about cancer? Sorry I cannot pay. Thanks

Hi welcome to the health care magic

In post menopausal age even spotting is not normal

Endometrial hyperplasia if atypical and complex than Chance of malignancy can be present..

Your Endometrial biopsy report will guide further for management...

For endometrial hyperplasia progesterone pill like primolute can be prescribed

So investigate with biopsy as advised and do follow up to your treating gynecologist

Take care
