General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern

Hair removal cream produce chemical burn that produce irritation, inflammation and itching.
I prescribed following advice and medicine to treat chemical burn/itching.
Apply bacitracin ointment to prevent infection, mild steroid like 0.5 percent hydrocortisone to reduce inflammation and itching. Maintain hygiene and wear pure cotton inner wear.
Sitz bath: sit in warm water with added salt for 15-20 minutes for 2-3 time in the day.
Use mild and neutral soap like dove, use V vaginal plus wash, use lotion that contain mineral, vitamin E and Alovera. It will decrease slowly in 4-5 days.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
