What Causes Severe Vaginal Pain During Urinating With Blood Stain?

Hi, I am 20years old, for the past 2days I have been having severe pains in my vigina when I go to pee. This morning it was still painful only this time there was blood. It cannot be my period because I had it 2weeks ago. I can not explain the pain, but it feels like something is falling out my vagina. What could this be?
