What Causes Severe Vaginal Pain?

I am having a lot of vaginal pain, and inner thigh muscule soreness. It started Thursday night and has continued to get worse as the days goes. I have not had contractions or anything else. I am a mother of a 3 year old and work full time so I am always on the go.

Hi,

You need a through physical examination, investigations to find infection or inflammation. Or exclude possibility of neurogenic pain due to spondylitis. Pathological testing and imaging investigations may be needed. Once cause is found specific treatment would be advised for relief of the complaints. Please consult gynecologist& spinal surgeon for more specific treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
