General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having positional vertigo giving rise this problem.
This is common with,
1, cervical spondilitis which gives pinched nerve pressure on cervical vertebrae while lying down position.
2, some problem in your middle ear like infection.
GTo for x-ray cervical vertebrae.
Consult ENT surgeon for ear problem.
Ok and take care.
