What Causes Severe Vertigo?

I feel like I am having vertigo but don t show the obvious signs in my eyes. I do test positive for balance issues. I also failed a vng test (balance) I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. Cat scans and mri are good. Negative for lupus as well. What should I do next?

hello,

as you said MRI brain is normal. nothing to worry. be cool. I would suggest you to consult ENT doctor. one of most common cause of giddiness is positional vertigo related to ear which will subside in 3 to 5 days usually. and also go for blood pressure check up and make sure it is in normal range not high and not low.
