What Causes Severe Vomiting After Eating?

Hello, I m extremely concerned about my 8 year old son. For the past 2 weeks(1-2 times a week) he s vomiting immediately during lunch after eating at school. (I prepare his lunch from home) During the other times of the day is he great, no cold, no headache,sinus issues basically he s healthy. It s strange and bothersome because, before and after he vomits he s okay. There s no signs of discomfort, but I ve noticed that he holds his stomach before he eats lunch. I ve changed his diet hoping that this episode of vomiting will cease. Please help!
