General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history or persistent vomiting, can not even have Gatorade or so, lost weight, dents on scalp.
First of all you have to get your vomiting controlled by an appropriate investigations and management.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor or at ER for clinical evaluation and get shots for vomiting,
If the vomiting does not get controlled then you may need intravenous fluids and electrolytes.
Investigations like Upper GI Endoscopy, liver function tests, ultrasonography and CT scan of abdomen to find the exact cause so that specific treatment can also be started and continued till you get alright.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
