General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to chronic gastritis.

For that I would suggest you to take tablet pantoprazole 40, syp mucaine gel after consultation.

Take tablet ondensetron and electral sachet. Keep your self hydrated.

In case of not getting relief you may require upper GI endoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation.

Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
