General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Flu, pharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection, gastritis can lead vomiting in such case

If needed USG abdomen done to rule out any organic cause if present

For vomiting ondensteron or domperidone tablet can be taken

For swollen gland physical examination done to check whether enlarged lymph node or enlarged gland present
Than for rule out nature of lesion FNAC done from that swelling..

Take care

Consult physician for examination with keeping all this in mind

Hope your concern solved
