What Causes Severe Vomiting And Urinary Retention?

I suffer chronic digestive problems for over ten years the primary problem around continuous vomiting which is under ongoing investigation however in have been experiencing difficulty urinating with a bubble like rumbling sensation in my bladder. Any ideas?

Hi,

There is a possibility of Emphysematous cystitis - rare - infection of the bladder wall by gas-forming bacteria or fungi (Candida). The most frequent bacteria is E. coli. The condition is characterized by the formation of air bubbles in and around the bladder wall. Go for urine routine analysis and culture/sensitivity test. Also, test for Diabetes -FBS & PPBS.
