What Causes Severe Vomiting, Pain In Eyes And Petechia On Face?
Hi, yesterday lunch did not Agee with me, a deli sandwiches of ham .I ended up throwing up several times. After vomiting I had petechia om my face, bloodshot eyes, my eyes hurt with moving them. Also had purple and red mostly around my eye sockets. This has never happened before. Is there more going on, or is it just from straining?

Thanks for the query. I undersytatnd your concern.
It seems you had severe gastrointestinal infection
(probably food poisoing)which resulted in severe vomitting. The strain of the act resulted in raised intra occularl/ intracraneal pressure causing the eye symptoms& facial petichae.
The symptoms would continue till effect of the infected food is removed. You should visit ER to have emmergency treatment to arrest the infection & stop vomitting
