What Causes Severe Weakness After Taking Clindamycin HCl?

Can Clindamycin HCl interact with Atenolol, Atrovastatin, and Lisinopril. My husband is experiencing severe weakenss and very low blood pressue (95 -105 over 65-69 ) since being on the Clindamycin HCl for 4 days. (It is a 7 day course of antibiotics.)

Hi,

Weakness is a common side effect of Clindamycin. This symptom usually go away on its own in a few days. I suggest you to continue the medication. I also suggest you to take vitamin C and vitamin B supplements.
