What Causes Severe White Vaginal Discharge After Delivery?

Hi iv been experiencing alot of white discharge ever since giving birth and in my vagina everything seems a bit swollen but not sore at first i thought maybe im experiencing a prolapse but im not sure it makes me really paranoid iv been with the same person for 3 and a half years so i doubt its anything from a sexual disease, also have a lump the size of a pea at the crease between my leg and vagina it has come and gone before now but this one has stayed and can be very painful if it gets knocked, hope you can help!

Hi,
I have read & understood your concern.
white discharge after delivery.. a small lump in groin & swelling of vagina indicates vaginal trauma/ tear during which was un attended/ not taken care of / unhygien after delivery . Ttat turns in infection of vagina/ torn vaginal wound.
You should consult your treating gynecologist earliest. get examined & prescribed with necessary treatment ( antibiotic, anti inflammatory medicines with local medication as per need. )
You need to have vaginal washes with warm water twice a day/ after every visit to bathroom along with medications advised.
